  • DL 500 lbs
  • Press 215 lbs
  • Snatch 250 lbs
  • C&J 315 lbs
  • 25 consecutive STRICT HSPU
  • 20 consecutive MU
  • Take some formal swim lessons
  • 30 second HS hold 
  • 60 ft HS walk



GOALS FOR 2015 GAMES SEASON

  • Finish the 2015 CF Games Open in top 75 in the South East
  • Compete in 2 individual competitions prior to the Open
  • Qualify a team from CFHP to the South East Regionals
