Woke up on 6 hrs of sleep with a slight headache. Took some allergy meds to try to help with this.
Training
A - 20 min to find 1RM front squat
B - 20 min to find 1RM paused bench
C - Row 10k recording 1k splits
Results and Notes
A - 335. This felt fast and solid could have easily doubled. Attempted 355 but got a bit forward and had to dump. Ran out of time and headache had still not gone away
B - 295. Failed 305 but could get it on a fresh day. Headache went away somewhere working up weight. Not sure if it was 275 or higher
C - Total time 40:22. This may have been the most mentally taxing think I have done in CF. I wanted to quit 3k in but I pushed through. Very very glad I did this. My previous max distance was 2k on the rower, maybe 3 rds of 1k in a workout but never more than 8-9 min on a rower.
Definitely could have used a nap after this one.
