Did this one after driving home from the lake. My hips and legs were super tight to start. I had to spend 30 minutes mobilizing to get to squat depth.

A1) 225/235/245/255/265
A2) 225/235/245/255/265(f) - failed the 3rd attempt forward. Will upload video later
B) 225/245/265/285/305/315/325/335 - terrible buttwink in the bottom of these. I am going to devote additional time everyday to loosen my hips up. Terrible.
C) This workout beat me mentally and physically. I missed my first snatch attempt and only got 1 set in the first minute. I got 1 full complex and then 3 ctb before I missed a MU on the 1st set. 2 TNG sets for the second minute and the 1+3CTB for the second minute. On the 3rd set my elbow got a little tweaked, and only 1 TNG set and then the MU irritated it. I called it there and moved into the PM work as it was already 7PM.

I will not DNF again. This was pitiful.
