Day 20

Not sure how my days got off, but there will be double post titles to get back on track

Mood/Health
I developed a slight cough yesterday with some chest congestion. Not sure where that came from.

Programming
     "Black Lung"
     21-15-9 For Time:
     Thrusters (95#)
     Push-ups
     Front Squats (95#)
     Pull-Ups
     Wall Ball Shot 10' Target (20#)
     Burpees to 6" Target

Results/Notes
14:27 - I didn't realize that I actually scaled up to 105# on the squats and thrusters. The gym was packed and all the 25s were taken, so I grabbed a womens bar and 35# plates.
