Feeling much better today and excited to get back into the gym.

A1) 245, 265, 275, 295, 305(F)
A2) 185, 205, 225, 235, 245(F)

The weights were feeling pretty good so I went for full PRs on both. Barely missed 305 and went for 2 more attempts. See videos

B) 275/295/315/335/355/365/375(F) - I felt good here. Forgot to film 365. Videos are 355 and 375.


C1) 16/14/12/11
C2) 3, 3, 3, 4 - I paused in the hang but did not set the bar down
