Day 37

Mood/Health
Felt ok in the morning, went in early and made it through 4 sets of the PC. Got a call from my wife that I left the carseat in my truck so I had to leave and take the kids to school. Went back and lunch and worked on it. Felt solid at first but got a bit worn out.

Programming
A) Power Clean - 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

B) Front Squat - 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

C) For time:
     1 Mile Run
     3 Rds:
     25 WB Shots (20# to 10')
     400m Sled Drag (45#)

D) 3 Sets:
     15 GHD Sit-ups
     15 Good Mornings @31X1 Tempo

Results/Notes:
A) 245/255/265/275PR/285PR - These felt pretty good. Went in nanos in the morning but put on my olys when I redid the work. The pull felt good. Left elbow was a little sore so it ached a bit.

B) 275/295/315/335/345F - These felt good until 345. Watching the video it looks like I didn't ever get my back completely set and then possibly tight calves pushed me a bit forward just before attempting to bounce out of the hole. Video below.


C) - Doing Wodapalooza so I didn't want to overwork this week

D) 15 each set and 45/75/75 really working on keeping a flat back
