Wodapalooza Qualifier WODs 3 and 4 v1.0
I completed the qualifer but ran into some issues. I smashed my thumb while loading the plates to 185# and it really effected my grip. Ended up causing some significant blood blisters. I finished 5 snatches at 185# and then got to the 6 cal section and threw up. Continued the workout and got sick again. I haven't gotten sick in a workout in a long time, I must have eaten something that really disagreed with my stomach.
