After 2 nights of 9 hours of sleep each, I was feeling pretty good. A bit sore from the test Friday. I think I definitely had something on Friday. My daughter spent much of yesterday with what I had on Friday. Extreme headaches and vomiting. Both hers and mine lasted less than 24 hrs
Programming
A - Side planks for max time. 3 min rest between sides.
B - 14.1 redux
C - Rest 4 hrs then attempt max Back Extension Hold
Results and Notes
A - 2:01 and 1:46 - really felt tight just after but the pump went away pretty quickly
B - 352 reps. Did this one in my driveway on a stall mat. Chris and I went at the same time with my iPhone timer. If I had some timer visibility, I could have pushed harder in the last 30 sec or so.
C - 1:16. Pretty difficult. Lower back was much tighter than I expected.
Noted! the 14.1 was great but we have some structural work to do for your overall durability and back health.
