Woke up feeling much better. Got some work done and then went in the gym a little later than usual to be able to work with Chris and Krista. Got in some good shoulder warm up and was feeling pretty good to start the day.

The deadlifts went well, but I knew that the strict HSPU would be the difficult part for me. My press is up 25# in the last 6 months, so I knew that I would be ok. Sets for the HSPU went 14/7 - 7/5/3 - 3/3/3.
