Mood/Health
Slept well but went out for my brother's bachelor party and 2 beers wrecked my stomach for the morning. Went into the workout with little in my stomach and probably a tad dehydrated.
The wife had bootcamp in the morning so I got up with the kids, totaling around 5 hrs of sleep the night before. THIS HAS TO IMPROVE.
