Overall pretty good. I got some good rest but I can't seem to shake this constant nausea/heartburn that I've had most of the week.

Results/Notes
A1) 155/175/185/195/205(F) - These got heavy in a hurry - Failed on the 3rd rep of the last set. 195 felt solid, so I thought there was room there.
A2) 135/155/175/185/195 - I attempted 205 afterwards just to see and failed the 3rd rep. The drop got easier as the weight increased.
B) 222/235/245/255/265 - These felt solid yet difficult. The video shows them a little more smooth than they felt.
C) 225/235/245/255/255/255 - My weight was shifting a bit forward in 255 so I stayed there to work on sitting back and pulling through the midfoot/hips
D) 225/42" - I was never near the minute but the last 2 sets of cleans and jumps each took 35-40 sec. Switched to nanos from my olys, so the pull was slightly modified, but I was scraping my chest with the bar on the pull and catching very upright. Form felt tight, just heavy.
