Tired and very stiff from the drive. ~5.5 hrs of sleep after a long stressful day travelling with kids and eating on the road (Lots of Chick-Fil-A). Still have the chest congestion/cold.

Prep) 45/65/85
A) 135/155/175/185/185 - Stayed at 185# because it felt heavy and form (or lack there of) was not feeling smooth or consistent
B1/B2) 185, 205, 225, 245, 265 - Failed the 1st jerk at 265. Clean felt sloppy, jerk felt good.
C) 135/155/185/185/185 - For some reason I did 5s. Felt very heavy, straps on last 2 sets
D) 14:20 - Felt like I was going to throw up all my chicken fingers and waffle fries in the 21 set of OHS.
I was glad to get some face-time and live coaching today. My row/oly/DU/positioning is definitely a limiting factor. It's nice to have some direction there.
