Day 29

Mood/Health
Excited to tackle some serious gymnastics. Needed more sleep, but I feel recovered and ready to go.

Programming
Prep) 3 Rds
          10 Russian Dips
          100' Walking Lunge

A1)MU - AMRAP x 30 sec
      Rest 1 Min
A2) Double Arm Overhead Alternating Step-up x 12 reps
     5 Total sets

B1) Strict HSPU - AMRAP x 30 sec
       Add deficit to each set
       Rest 90 sec
B2) CTB Pull-UP - AMRAP x 30 sec
       Rest 90 sec
      4 Total sets

C) HBBS - (6-8) x 5 sets building
     Rest 2:30

D) 10 Legless Rope Climbs - For Time
      Sit Start

Results/Notes
A1) 6/6/6/6/6 - These felt really good and consistent. Did struggle to transition in last rep.
A2) 35/35/50/50/50 - Very hard and heavy. I need/like these. Should help my lockout position.

B1) 10@Floor / 7@-2.5" / 6@-4.5" / 3@-7" - I suprised myself here. Happy with the strict progress.
B2) 12/12/12/12 - Tried to go all UB sets of 5 here. Did 2 sets and got back on the bar for AMRAP during the last 5-7 seconds

C) 225/245/275/295/315/325 - Had a little buttwink at 295 but I kept reaching back and it went away at the heavier sets. All reps ATG

D) 13:57 - First 4 were sit start. 5th failed after ~8ft. Went to jumping and repeated 5th for remainder. Hands were wrecked.
