Day 28

Mood/Health
Once again I woke up tired, but feel OK now that my sickness has started to leave.

Programming
A) Heaving Snatch Balance + Hang Snatch
     5 sets building
     120-150 sec rest

B) Clean
     1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
     120-150 sec rest

C) Jerk
     1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
     120-150 sec rest

D) 4 sets AFAP
     5 Power Cleans @ 80%
     7 Burpees to 12" target
     20 second AD Sprint
        rest 4:30 after each set

     Rest 10 min    

     4 sets AFAP
     20 second row
     7 Burpees to 12" target
     5 Power Snatch @ 80%

Results/Notes
A) 135/155/165/175/185 - The hang snatch held me up here. Not sure why

B) 245/265/275/285/295/305F - Though I had it today, 295 felt smooth

C) 245/265/275/295/305/315F - Definitely had this one. I was very close to lockout.

D) 0:57/1:05/1:04/1:02 @ 225# - Didn't track cals on the AD, just went non-stop hard
      1:21/1:24/1:18/1:23 @ 165# - Had to go singles on the snatches. The rows were all good though. Pacing 1:21-1:24 and getting 100m+ per row.
