Day 44

Mood/Health
Feeling pretty good today. My neck feels much better, but my legs feel a little tight. Hips especially. I made sure to warm up and get into some good positions before getting into the work

Programming 
Prep) 3 Sets
          5 RDL (slow)
          5 Hang Power Snatch
          5 Snatch Drop
          5 Sotts Press

A) 3 Position Power Snatch
     High Hang + Below Knee + Floor
     5 Sets Building - Start @65%
     Rest 120 sec

B) Snatch Grip PP from BTN
     1.1 x 7 sets
     Rest 15 sec in clusters - Rest 2 min between sets

C) Front Squat - 3-3-3-3-3 @ 33x3 Tempo
     Every 3 min

D) Good Morning - 5-5-5-3-3 @41x1 Tempo
     Every 3 min

E) OTM x 10 minutes
     Evens: 5 Front Squats (205-245)
     Odds: 5 Split Jerks (205-245)

Results/Notes
Today felt MUCH MUCH better. Had my energy levels maintained, I would have attempted the PM session from yesterday. I was starving by the end of this session.

A) 135/145/155/160/165 - These felt good. I was really pushing good positioning

B) 185/195/205/215/225/245/245 - last sets were VERY tough but I got the lockout on each.

C) 205/225/245/255/265 - Like Monday I was really pushing maintaining a good position (hence the low start and moderate jumps).

D) 225 for the duration. FS felt good and fast. Most sets in the 15 sec range. The jerks were from the rack so I had to control the descent. On set 3 and 4 I failed the last rep. I then PC the first front squats on the following sets. I went 3 and failed forward on the last set of jerks. I took 30 seconds rest and finished all of the missed jerks. If I had blocks, I would have had all of the sets.
