Neck is still bothering me but I went to bed early and feel relatively good. The plan is to stay away from anything painful and stop when it does get bad.

A) 11/8/7/6 - Trying to have better timing and not pulling early. It still feels kind of foreign.
12@15# / 12@35# / 9@45# / 12@45# - These felt very difficult at first but I got a rhythm down at the end.
B) 0:48/0:53/1:23/1:13 - My shoe twisted off during one of the climbs in the 3rd set
21/17/16/14 - Clapping
I tried to run later in the day but my neck was not having it. I got some treatment and felt much better in the evening.
