Woke up early this AM to go to the gym and build new platforms and blocks, then to the park to play with the kids. We came home for them to nap and I went into the garage to do this work by myself

A) 315/325/330/340/350/355/365 - Worked in nanos today and felt very solid
B) Did 50 by myself working even work/rest in big sets - 14:08
