Day 112

Prep) 1 mile run for time

A) Muscle snatch - 7x2

B1) Muscle Up - max UB set in 60s
       Rest 30 sec
B2) AMRAP 60s of 5UB hang Power snatch
       Rest 2 min
4 total sets

C) Clean Pulls - 3,3,3,3,3

D) OTM x 16 min 
     Evens: 2 rope climbs/legless if possible 
     Odds: 15 UB ballshots to 11' target - 250m row +10 burpee penalty for each break 

E) 400m sprint repeats x 6 - 1:1

Results
Prep) 5:02 - would have been sub 5 if it weren't for almost getting hit by a car

A) 135/140/145/150/155/160/165F - only got one rep at 165

B1) 9/7/7/8 - first MU since before thanksgiving and they felt pretty good
B2) 3@115(went full power snatch)/4@115/3@135/2@155

C) 295/295/305/315/315

D) Went 1 legless and 1 regular per even. All ballshots unbroken. 

E) My calves were cramping incredibly bad at the end of the rope climbs so I'm going to make these up
