Making up for lost time

The last few months have been incredibly hectic in my life. I started a new job with a completely different schedule, spent my first 4 weekends of the year traveling out of town for 3-4 day weekends, I started coaching at the gym, and my wife took two new simultaneous teaching positions which has our schedule slammed. I started developing an app that will hopefully make me millions, OH YEA, and my house got hit by a tornado, all of the repairs I either made or coordinated.

SO, I am going to start from Monday 2/16 and do my daily blogs, and as I get free time in the next few weeks. I did record most of my workouts, just in paper form.

We'll celebrate my return from sabbatical with T. Swift,
