Day 2 of testing and it looks to be a grueling good time

After brief warm-up with group (~15 min) we went right into the workout
A: 5:07 - PR by a lot
Having not run exclusively in a long time, this actually ties my all time mile PR; the previous best was set at age 15 during track training.
The distance I ran was ~65m short of 1600m when I mapped it out. Although it's a little short, the route is definitely repeatable
B: 4:40/4:42/4:43
These were tough. Each time I had to fight doubling over as I came off the rower. When I sat down on the rower to start the last set, my heart rate was still elevated.
