Today is active recovery
I spent 30 min at a moderate pace on the AirDyne
Mobility:
30 min in the morning working calves, ankles, and hip flexors
30 min at night on shoulders, upper back, and feet
Also, went to my biweekly Chiropractor appointment. Had adjustments to both shoulder girdles, left foot, left wrist and had TENS on my thoracic.
