Full Rest
Left early (6:30 am) to take the family to the airport, eat breakfast and drive to Savannah. After pushing through the drive, I finally got home at 1:20PM and immediately laid down for a nap.
I spent a good portion of the night rolling around on the PVC and foam rollers trying to loosen up.
